How do I report a bug?

Describe the issue in the Help Chat, including any screenshots that might give our team a better understanding of the issue.

Even if you're communicating with a bot, one of our team members will later review the chat to confirm that we've received your bug report.

Where are the integrations?

The Integration Hub is currently under construction. Integrations will be enabled through Zapier, Summer '24.

How do I turn on dark mode?

MetaSpark does not offer this view.

Is there a mobile app?

MetaSpark does not offer a mobile app at this time.

How do I create recurring tasks?

Recurring tasks are set up through Automations. Learn how.

How do I save a board as a template?

The option to save a board as a personal or company template is on the way (currently not available). In the meantime, you can clone a board by going to its location in the workspace, hovering over the ellipses next to the board's name, and selecting 'Clone.'

What is the OpenAI/Azure AI Connection?

The OpenAI/Azure AI connection enables enterprise users to connect their private large language models (LLM) to MetaSpark. 🚩MetaSpark does not support connections to personal ChatGPT accounts, only secure language models provisioned by your company.
