How to Share Boards & Workspaces

Add team members

To add a member of your team to a board or workspace for the first time, navigate to the 'Share' button in the top right corner of any board.

Click 'Share' and select Board or Workspace.

If you add users to the workspace, they will have access to all documents and boards within the workspace. If you add users to a specific board, access will be limited to the board. Accessibility will depend on whether the workspace is public or private. Read Private vs. Public Workspaces.

Enter a name to select an existing user in your tenant or add a new user by entering their email address.
