MetaSpark boards are designed to be flexible. Adjust column widths as needed, rearrange their sequence, and hide columns you don't need at the moment.

👈👉Reordering Columns

Hold down on the name of the column and drag it to the desired position.

👈👉Reordering Rows

To reposition an item in your task list, simply hold and drag the leftmost icon next to the item either up or down.

🧐Changing Column Width

Hover your mouse over the line between two columns. After the line becomes bold, hold down and drag to the left or right to change the width of the column.

👓Changing Row Height/Line Height

Navigate to 'Line Height' at the top menu of your board. Select 'Compact' for narrow rows and 'Highest' for broad rows.

  • If your board has multiple groups and you reduce the line height, it can allow you to see multiple groups at once, providing a clearer view of your project.

  • If you want to make your task list a little easier on the eyes, we suggest increasing the line height.

👀Show/Hide Columns

Hiding columns reduces visual clutter to give you a cleaner and more focused view of your board. This can be particularly beneficial when dealing with extensive data or complex projects.

To hide a column...

  • Hover your mouse over the name of the column you wish to hide.

  • Click the ellipses that appears next to the name of the column.

  • Select 'Hide'.

  • To manage your hidden columns, navigate to 'Show/Hide' in the menu above your board.
