🔨Editing Items

Imagine you've just created a new project, and it's time to start delegating tasks. Rather than assigning tasks one by one to the same two people, you can streamline the process through a bulk edit. By selecting a group of items, you can assign them to the same person or people in just a few clicks. It's a quick and efficient way to manage assignments.

And you can use bulk edit for status changes too 😎.

  • To edit items in bulk, check the box to the left of the items you want to edit. A menu will appear on the bottom of your screen.

  • Select 'Edit'.

  • From here you can assign the selected tasks to your team members and/or change the statuses.

🎅🎅Cloning Items

  • Check the box to the left of the items you want to clone. A menu will appear on the bottom of your screen.

  • Click 'Clone'.

  • Selected items will duplicate and remain highlighted, allowing you to seamlessly reposition them.

    • To transfer duplicated items to another group, click 'Move' then select the name of the group. 👇

🧨Deleting Items

  • Check the box to the left of the items you want to delete. A menu will appear on the bottom of your screen.

  • Click 'Delete' and 🧨KABOOM.
