😃 What is a Workspace?

A workspace is the highest-level organizational structure for your projects, teams, and departments.

  • Think of workspaces as filing cabinets, representing a distinct area of focus.

  • Workspaces serve as a central hub for all your related boards, tasks, and documents, making it easy to maintain clarity and structure in your work.

The pop-out panel on the left menu is the Workspace Panel. It displays all folders, documents, and boards in your selected workspace.

🎁Adding a New Workspace

There are two ways to create a new workspace.

  1. Click the ellipses in the top right corner of the Workspace Panel and select 'Add New Workspace'.

    OR

  2. Click the dropdown arrow next to the name of your workspace and select 'New Workspace'.

🔨Managing your Workspace

To access your workspace's settings, click the ellipses in the top right corner of the Workspace Panel. This is where you will have the option to

  • Rename the workspace

  • Change the privacy settings

  • Delete the workspace

  • Add a new workspace

Can workspaces be saved as templates?

No, but we're working on the option to save boards as templates.

Can I move a board from one workspace to another workspace?

No, but you can export the board as an Excel file and import it into a different workspace.
