Clicking through a stack of workspaces because you just. can't. find. that. dang. board?

We know you have better things to do than a workspace scavenger hunt.

🔎Here are 3 search fields to find what you're looking for in just a few seconds:

1) A universal search bar that searches all workspaces, boards, tasks, and docs.

2) A workspace search bar that searches the selected workspace for folders, boards, and docs.

3) A board search bar that searches the selected board.

🚩Please note: Search fields cannot find column content that is not in a text or multi-line text column type.

🌏Universal Search Bar

The universal search bar is in the top right corner of your workspace. You'll be able to find the names of

  • Workspaces

  • Folders

  • Boards

  • Tasks

  • Docs

--and keywords within those elements, like notes left under a task or a task-specific conversation in the communication tab.

As you begin entering your keywords, items will automatically be filtered to display the best matches to your search. Below the search bar, you'll find 'Filter' options such as workspace, board, task, and others. These filters are tailored to the matches you've generated, providing a convenient way to narrow down your options even further.

💻Workspace Search Bar

The workspace search bar is in the workspace panel under '+Boards.' Use this search bar if you're looking for the name of a folder, board, or doc in your selected workspace. *This search bar will not look for keywords in your boards or docs.

✅ Board Search Bar

The board search bar is in the menu above your selected board. Use this option to find...

  • The name of a group

  • The name of a task

  • Items in text or multi-line text fields (🚩it will not find content from other column types)

  • Hidden notes written within the task (vertical view )

  • Hidden conversations in the communication tab (vertical view)
