Working at a task-specific level provides a detailed and focused view of individual tasks. Keep notes, conversations, and files neatly stored within a task, ensuring easy access by simply clicking into it.

🚀Getting Started

Two icons will appear when you hover over a task.

Click the first icon to access a vertical view of the task, where you can seamlessly edit column details such as the task's status and the team member to whom it's assigned.

Within this view, you'll find a 'Notes' field designed for storing essential information such as instructions, outlines, or any notes pertinent to the specific task. There are also several tabs available, including 'Communication', 'Files,' and 'Last Activity.' These tabs offer organized sections allowing you to efficiently navigate and interact with different aspects related to the task.

🔔Communication

Scouring Teams, Slack, and inboxes to find an important convo? No thanks 🙄!

You can easily find conversations regarding a specific task by using the 'Communication' tab. Send messages, @mention team members, share docs/images all in the context of your work.

  • Click the second icon that appears when you hover over a task OR

  • access communications from the menu in vertical view.

📝Files

A workspace folder is great for organizing general project documentation, but shifting to the task-level for file storage streamlines team collaboration on specific details. It's also great for keeping files private to the relevant team members (see Private vs. Public Workspaces).

In the 'Files' tab you have the option to...

  • Upload an existing document

  • Create a document from scratch

  • Choose from a template (COMING SOON)

Storing files in tasks provides your team with effortless access for viewing, collaboration, and downloading, all without the hassle of sending emails or concerns about document format and size.

⏳Last Activity

'Last Activity' provides a log of modifications to a task's details, showing who made the change and when.
