Whether you're crafting reports, brainstorming ideas, or collaborating on project documentation, Docs streamlines your process with everything from shortcuts to AI assisted writing.

✅Create a Doc

There are 3 ways to create docs. How you create a doc will impact its location in your workspace.

  1. To add a doc to your workspace: Click the '+' in your workspace panel

  2. To add a doc to a folder: Click the ellipses next to the name of a folder

  3. To add a doc to a task: Navigate into the vertical view of a task then select 'Files' from the menu

👉Shortcuts

Click backslash for a menu of options to enhance your document's structure, communication, and engagement.

To insert new content types or fields, like tables and signatures, click tab on your keyboard. This shortcut will bring up a menu with elements to enhance the content, structure, and presentation of your document.

🚀Ask AI

Click the GPT button on the top left corner of your doc to open 'Ask AI.' The Ask AI feature will allow you to generate comprehensive documents with a simple prompt.

Consider including the following details in your prompt for high quality results:

  • Context

  • Goal

  • Tone

  • Length

  • Format

  • Recipient

Here is an example of a comprehensive prompt. 👇

Here are a few ways to share your creations:

  • @Mention a team member in the body of the document

Remember, users who have access to your workspace will be able to see and interact with your docs. Consider creating a personal workspace for docs if you would prefer to keep them private.
