Workspace Chat enables users to collaborate with all team members within their workspace, facilitating communication across boards.

Unlike Task Chat, Workspace Chat is accessible to all users within the workspace, regardless of the workspace's privacy settings or the user's permissions.

✅ Workspace Chat is visible to guests.

✅ Newly added users will have access to chat history.

Here are the features available in Workspace Chat:

Navigate to the chat box icon in the upper right corner of any board.

Compose a message, pressing the '@' symbol on your keyboard to mention a specific team member. Mentioning team members will ensure they're notified of new activity in the chat.

Click the clip icon to share a file.

Hover over any message to send a direct reply (arrow icon) or react with an emoji. Replies are visible to all users in the workspace.

Click the ellipses to edit or delete a message.
