✅Items & Subitems

Items represent primary tasks, while Subitems provide a sub-level for more detailed breakdowns. Breaking down tasks into manageable units adds granularity to project structures.

🥇🥈Groups

Groups act as organizational pillars. Grouping related tasks, whether it's by team members, project phases, or priority levels, provides a structured way to categorize and manage tasks efficiently.

😍Views:

Views cater to the diverse work preferences of teams, whether it's the Kanban view for visual task management, Gantt view for project timelines, or Dashboards for a quantitative snapshot of your project, each view offers a distinct perspective.

MetaSpark offers 4 views:

  1. Table View: Structured and detailed overview of tasks

  2. Gantt View: Visual representation of tasks over time

  3. Kanban View: Tracks work in progress through visual cards

  4. Dashboard View: Aggregates key project data into visual widgets to provide a high-level overview of your project's health.

The fluid transition between these views allows teams to tailor their approach based on the nature of the project. Each view is automatically updated to reflect the details of your board.
